TOURNAMENT Refund Policy

Please read our non-negotiable Refund Policy carefully.

SEPTEMBER 1, 2024 – MARCH 1, 2025 (11:59PM Pacific Standard time):  Any team which has registered and made payment to the tournament will be entitled to a full refund minus a $50 per team cancellation fee upon written request (requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@jayofoundation.org).

MARCH 2, 2025 -APRIL 27, 2025 (11:59PM Pacific Standard Time):  Any team which has registered and made payment to the tournament will be entitled to a 50% refund upon written request (requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@jayofoundation.org).

If a team which is not on a wait list decides to drop out for any reason as of APRIL 28, 2025 (12:00AM Pacific Standard Time), the team will forfeit the entire entry fee. This includes all drops that may pertain to acts or threats of war, acts or threats of terrorism, a health risk alert, or weather conditions.

All payments must be made on-line.  We do not accept checks for payment. 

In the event of a Governmental Authority shutting down the tournament, we will refund your entry fee minus any non recoverable expenses.

Please note that this tournament requires that all teams must check in on Wednesday night - June 11, 2025 - prior to the event by 9:00 pm.  

Please plan your travel so that at least 1 staff member arrives early enough to check in on Wednesday evening - June 11, 2025 - by 9:00 pm.  

Please also be advised that matches usually run as late as 4-5 pm on the last day.  Plan your travel home accordingly.

HOTEL REFUND POLICY

Discounted Hotel Rates offered by Island Fest are only good while inventory lasts.

Hotel room reservation fees are refundable minus a $50 processing fee until May 1, 2025.

Any team which has registered and made payment to the tournament for hotel rooms will be entitled to a full refund of their hotel reservation minus a $50 per team cancellation fee upon written request prior to May 1, 2025 at 11:59PM (requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@jayofoundation.org).

Hotel room reservation fees are refundable up to 50% of the hotel booking until May 11th, 2025 at 11:59PM. (requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@jayofoundation.org).

If a player-family and/or team decides to drop out for any reason as of May 12th, 2025 at 12:00AM Pacific Standard Time, the entire hotel reservation fee will be forfeited.
